1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone and organisation details you provide.
• Business data: the records you store in the platform — customers, invoices, employees and related content.
• Usage data: pages viewed, features used, device and browser metadata, and approximate location derived from IP.
• Billing data: payment references and transaction history (card details are handled by licensed payment providers).

2. How we use data

• To provide, maintain and secure the service.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To communicate about your account, updates and support requests.
• To improve the product through aggregated, anonymised analytics.

3. Legal bases

We process personal data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations (such as tax and accounting records), for our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, and where required, with your consent.

4. Sharing

We share data only with subprocessors needed to run the service (hosting, email delivery, payment processing), when required by law, or in connection with a merger or acquisition — always under appropriate safeguards. We never sell personal data.

5. Retention

We keep account data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to allow export and meet legal obligations. You may request earlier deletion subject to statutory retention requirements.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging and tested backups. No system is perfectly secure; if an incident affects your data we will notify you in line with applicable law.

We use essential cookies for sessions and security, and optional analytics cookies that you can decline. Analytics on the marketing site are only enabled when configured.

Where data is processed outside Nigeria, we use appropriate safeguards consistent with the Nigeria Data Protection Act.
